Breakfast Quinoa
Quinoa is so healthy for you and believe it or not it tastes just as great first thing in the morning! To help get you into your drive mode start off with this healthy Breakfast Quinoa recipe.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 Teaspoon of ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh blueberries or fruit of choice
Directions:
Bring milk to a boil, remove from heat, add quinoa and return to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 15 mins. Stir in sugar and cinnamon and cook uncovered until all of milk has been absorbed. Stir in fruit of choice, remove from heat and serve!
